ok noticed in device manager i have yellow exclamation marks on the android drivers ?
Could be a driver conflict.

Try to uninstall and delete drivers for this from within device manager in Windows.

You can also use this tool to uninstall USB drivers.

Then once all USB drivers that are being triggered by the D6000 are removed, rerun that universal adb fastboot auto installer recommended earlier in the thread.

Or, try to change/update the current yellow ! driver to this one:

Also be aware of any confirmation dialog boxes on Innos D6000 when booted into Android and connecting to PC.

At least we know the D6000 is being found by your PC, just seems a driver mixup.
