this is the phone specs :

the device has 2 stock roms : first one is 4.4.2 and rootable via iroot
the second one which is the one i want to root : lolipop 5.1
i tried most of the methods on this form and nothing seems to work so i decided to do my CWM for 5.1 stock rom : it flashable via sp flash tool and it has a boot.img and recovery.img from factory and the android scatter file !

using MtkDroidTools on the 5.1 stock rom got me nothing : the application could not read my phone properly ( using pdanet+ drivers no problems )

on 4.4.2 stock rom the app managed to read my phone and gave me the scatter file
from it but that is not my problem ...
i am now on android lolipop 5.1
i tried the latest MtkDroidTools v2.5.3 to make custom recovery from original stock firmware but this is what the app gave me :

- Boot kernel version =3.10.72+

when i flashed both files ( boot.img and recovery.img) with the sp flash tool and boot my phone i saw my screen flashing white with dark edges and the device keep rebooting
i managed to reflash the lolipop stock rom again but device is not rooted yet
help me please

update : found this the latest adb http://adbshell.com/upload/adb.zip
adb.exe now 945KB instead of 736KB-ish
trying mtkdroid tools with this now

i also did try the cwm recovery now because i have the boot.img and recovery.img

update:
flashed recovery only and i got stuck in bootloop when i chose to go to recovery mode
rebooted and chose normal boot phone booted correctly
tried to go to recovery again and its stock recovery back -_-

what should i do ?
