Hello.

Not long ago I purchased the phone Doogee F3 Pro.
And after that i recognized, that there is an update for it.

and the same here (on the page, where Ibought it):

It's a pity, but there was no change log and I decided to flash it to discover, was the problems solved (slow autofocus - not the same as on promo video, bad (violet) color of white on display, fast leak of charge and so on).
But I met a huge problems:
after flashing the phone is not turning on. And if I try to reflash, it is giving to me the (4032) S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL.
I've tried all the versions of solving problem over the internet, but nothing has changed… and foud the way to flash the phone.

But where I can found working stock ROM?
I've searched all over the internet, but the only ROM is on the upper link.
And this ROM hardbricking the phone.
Hello !

I did exactly the sam thing as you, for the same reasons, and I've got the same problem...

So I'm also looked for a correct firmware to unbrick my F3 PRO.
Was getting worried it was only me and phuntonik having this problem, but now we're three.

Maybe we should tip off Android Central or Android Headlines about this.

It's unacceptable that a seller publish a ROM that bricks our phones.

This is normal for Doogee. Nothing new. Anyways, hard to pin this one on Doogee. You got this from Geekbuying link too? They're an okay shop, but when it comes to ROM and such, they are clueless. They just find some random link and have no idea what they're posting. This is why most shops don't F with it. It's just not their territory.

Good advice is to wait for a few reviews and comments on a ROM at needrom. The legit ROM will almost always be there. If its not there, you really got to question why that is. Not that it's impossible to get a bad ROM there, its just less likely to get a bad one because of reviews and ratings and comments.

Hello !

It seems that a rom was available on needrom but page has been deleted (maybe was it this faulty rom ?).

On my side, I took the one on doogeemobile blog, similar to geekbuying one.

I've sent a mail to doogee.cc, asking for a download link for the official stock rom. I don't expect an answer but it's worth a try... If i get one I'll post it here.

I'm really keeping my fingers crossed to have an official rom, and that our F3 Pro aren't hardbricked forever !

Good news !

Doogee also sent me the same firmware this morning, A BIG THANKS TO THEM !

I'm really surprised of the efficiency of Doogee customer service, they directly told me it was firmware issue and gave me the link.

I'm really impatient to get the F3 Pro working again !

Hi Niko, ca you sent me the link too, I also bricked my doogee with the firmware, but as yet there ist no answer from do
ggee
Here is the OFFICIAL DOOGEE DOWNLOAD LINK for stock firmware:

[Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]

After saving the file, you may change the end of the file by ".tar.gz" since download crops the filename (too long).

And again, THANKS TO DOOGEE for having save our F3 Pro.
