Hello everyone.
i'm a new member in this forum
i have a chinese iphone with android 4.4.4, her settings icon is hiding . i try to restore her but i cant (black screen and words in chiese language) .

and her caracters is [Image: 185438379.jpg]
please help me for restore my factory phone.

You are in Factory Mode. take your SIM card tool, and press into the tiny hole between the camera and the Flash. Hold for about 10 seconds.

The device will shut off, then you can boot normally.

Other methods: Hold Power+Home for about 10 seconds and it will hard reset.

Pressing Power+ Volume Up will boot to Recovery mode, Power + Volume down will get you into Factory mode which you are in right now. To get out of Factory mode, either hard reset or use the tool, remember it's the tiny hole in between camera and flash.
