$190 is too much. You should be able to find the THL W100 for $150 shipped.

The THL W100 will offer better frame rates because it's 960*540, whereas the X920 is 1280*720 (I assume you mean standard X920 with MTK6589, not X920E MTK6589T 1080p version). Because the THL W100 is 4.5", the PPI (245) should still be okay.
Either phone will play all games out there. Just better frame rates with THL W100 if she's playing higher end 3D games (Nova, Batman etc... ), which maybe she won't be. For most 'regular' gaming (fruit ninja, angry birds etc...), there won't be any noticeable difference.
I think she'll be happy with both phones, but the THL W100 comes with a case, 2 batteries and is new.

The THL W200 and Star X920 are in a different price class than the THL W100. Though the LCD will be a higher resolution with THL W200 and Star X920, the touch screens will be no better than on the THL W100.
Man, I wish I would have seen this yesterday. There was a new THL W100 on eBay for like $120 being shipped out of Connecticut (USA). I almost impulsively bought it myself.
If the Star X920 is in awesome condition, I'd say go that route. Bigger screen, higher resolution. As Gizbeat said, it'll lag a little more because of these things for hardcore gaming, but for casual gaming it will be unnoticed. For everday phone use, having a bigger screen and higher resolution is pretty awesome.
If the Star X920 isn't in awesome condition.... go with a new THL W100 from Merimobiles or similar. Don't pay 190 USD when the street price has been ~160 USD for quite some time.

$120 shipped for a new THL W100 is a bargain. Most shops selling them $140-160 from China.
For sure. I almost bought it.
Until I realized it was kinda like my Nexus 4.... which I haven't even turned on since getting the Star S7589. So many toys, such little time.
