Hi there. I am new to the community, and about 5 months ago my sister purchased this phone but with her heavy game/apps usage she managed to get it stuck : [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
To be honest i am not that successful when it comes to tech stuff, and when i did a factory reset, an android error came up. I've also tried to follow some re-installation videos, but i am unable to find the proper scatter files or Rom to replace the one that came with it. The phone has no 'brand' on it - generic .
On the description it says MTK6572W.... I have never found an MTK6572W Scatter File... only found MTK6572 but still did not work.
Is there a way to guide me through please as I think that the phone got bricked (does not want to turn on)
Available software on my laptop: SP Flash Tool and MTK Droid Tools
