I have a Close of HTC one (MT6589) The phone look good and it works great.

today I rooted it and I tried to install a Custom ROM.
Tried :
Android_Revolution_HD
and
TrickDroid
and
Maximus7_10.0.0 for the HTC one.
But us you can guess they didnt work.

I think they didn't work because of the kernel., just a guess I don't know for sure.

So the question is are there any Custom ROMs that will work on that phone ?

I just want get it so I can using in North America, I'm good with any English ROM

It is a clone, it isn't really a HTC one, it just looks like one, hardware wise it's totally different.
You probably have a HDC One HX-9299A, there's exactly one ROM for it over on NeedROM:

yes , you are absolutely right ! hardware would be different !
I will try that ROM... and see if it works...

I just not clear if I should use "SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1304.0.119" tool to flash it ?? I got confused..

where can download s4 clone rom ???

unfortunate I was getting some errors. with it so I went back to the original rom that I got with the phone.

I used MtkDroidTools this tool to remove china stuff and then I used
Root App Delete to remove the other app that I didn't want..

and after I used Nova launcher to make few changes. now it's looks and feels like a US base phone !
