I am looking for a copy a Doogee F5 firmware for europe with 3G: WCDMA 850/1900 / 2100MHz bands. would appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction

Euro is 900/2100. That's what the Doogee F5 is. There is no 850/1900/2100 version.
