Attach here is MTK Droid Tool info received about my device.

I am facing severe problem because of mistakenly uninstalling Google Play Services without backup.

Can any1 please help in suggesting a suitable solution so that my google apps start working?

I think you should be able to search and install Play Services from Play Store. If not, you can try downloading an appropriate apk and installing it manually [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
