Hi, i tried to install a custom ROM on my chinese tablet. This is the ROM i flashed.

After restarting the tablet i can only see multi-color vertical and horizontal lines all over the screen. Even if i go to recovery mode, the screen would be same. So I can't at least reset the tablet because of screen issue. But the touch screen is working. I feel it. The touch buttons vibrate when i touch it. I can hear the sound of the screen shot capturing button. Any idea what to do solve this or factory reset?
UPDATE: I downloaded the stock rom from their webside. and flashed using SP flash tools again. It flashed again without any problem. But the screen is with full of lines. but the touch works. but why it's like this? i don't understand! because i used the stock rom from colorffly website.
