Note, ROM is not multilanguage or having gapps. Need to install gapps from in TWRP. That's all I know now
testing more now.

Yes, English available. It's got the different style quick settings seems the main difference. Finally there is adaptive brightness in pulldown.

I'm currently running V2.7 for almost 1 week now and it work great !!

I didn't. Coming from v2.7. Everything still there and working. I did wipe cache, but not sure if was necessary. Rooted and installed gapps. Everything all good. Don't really notice any difference except for quick setting style.
I Didn't Know so I took no chance
I did a Factory Reset and Wipe the Caches in TWRP.
Root the Phone and then Install Gapps
The Phone is running fine.
-Tethering working after adb shell "settings put global tether_dun_required 0"
- quick settings style is different
- No random reboot
- No overheating
- Few Navigation in phone different
