My Innos D6000, one day suddenly ( black screen not as a reboot ... ) will turn off.
Since then not react, no charge, no PC sync, no power+vol up buttons.
I haven´t changed the ROM or ROOT.
I was writing a message when this happened.

I need help with this, you may get fixed with firmware , or motherboard burned ?

Anyone know where i can get spare parts for this brand?
Someone has an electrical schematic or technical support?
Sorry to hear this happened to you also. It has happened to many. The good news is that almost everyone was able to come back from it. Take a look at this and see if it works for you.

My phone does not turn on, is dead, no charge, not response at power + vol up buttons, when i connect to the PC does not detect it, no LEDs.
I tried this solution, but nothing happens, and i connect as connect to the PC does not detect it.

Did you try to turn on while connected to PC?
i tried, but nothing.
i have tried many conbinations with the same result.
I asked a technical service and appears to be an electrical fault in the motherboard.
but they have no desire to look for spare parts.

How about innos warranty or after sales services?
Maybe you can send it back to them.

I've exactly the same problem!
Phone is dead. All of a sudden the sceen was black and never turned on again.
No LED, no vibrating nothing.
And... when i try cdharging, it gets some kinda hot.
Not that hot when plugged to the PC, but in either way it does nothing.
I tried the bricked phone solution,
but it won't get recognised by the PC or Miflash :-(

Any ideas?

Efox-shop.com is just not answering my questions.

best regards,
Mario

Beyond the fact that customer service is not grade A, the shops generally know nothing techwise. They can tell you "do factory reset" and that's about it.

Try this first:

1. Try to power on or go into recovery while the phone is plugged into PC. Hold that power button (and power+volume) for like 30 seconds. With battery in and battery out. Try the same thing while not plugged into PC.

I already did all of this, but the Phone stays dead.
The only reaction on plugging the cord in is, that the phone gets kinda hot.
More when plug onto the charger than the PC.

The thing with Efox is, that i asked them if i rather should contact a supportmember on a german androidforum or stay with their support, but they aren't able to give any answer. :-(

When this happened to mine, what ended up happening was I just left the phone for 2 weeks, then came back and it worked fine again, but the batteries were at 0%.

At first, I had the same problem as you, but I just kept messing with it until finally it turned on, but then it just perpetually rebooted. That's when I left it alone for 2 weeks, then came back and it was perfect again.

The suggestion I can give is to open it up and disconnect the internal battery, then reconnect and try.
