HDC is a tough one, but if you can write down every single set of numbers you see on the back of the screen and the cable codes, you MAY get a hit.
I wouldn't get my hopes up, as this is more of a disposable device, but we can always try.
HDC S5 is the same as the Star G9000 .. so these should work

google around for G9000 LCD replacement - lots available .. although most of the prices I have seen you could just buy a whole new phone :-)
