THEN I suggest you to purchase a good brand ultra microSDHC 128GB Class 10 memory card. Put your external sd into an USB Card Reader Adapter (I used a Generic MINI 5Gbps SuperSpeed USB 3.0 OTG & Card Reader). STRONGLY RECOMMEND : I suggest you 32768 allocation unit size & Quick Format. Please see the next screenshots for further details :

Hi,
Is it possible to bypass the limit in every phone by just formatting to Fat32? Thanks.

I understand your doubts ... I didn't believe it ... I was afraid to spend my money unnecessarily to buy a 128GB microSD ... but I run the risk ... and it worked very well (you can see the result by my screenshots) Smiling

Thanks for your reply. But this formatting can be done by Windows itself, why we need that program for formatting?
I will try on my redmi note 2 which refused to detect my 128 GB micro SD card.

I know that it is possible to format a microSD by Windows OS ... but Windows will never help you to bypass the imposed limit size Smiling
