Hi! I hope someone can help me...I have a No.1 Mi4 which seems to be dying. Actually, I'm pretty sure it is because the battery is swollen. So now when I start using it, it suddenly switches off after a few minutes. My problem is that I haven't backed up my files: photos, videos, etc. I tried using the USB cable so I can move the files to my laptop, but the phone cannot be detected. Any suggestions as to how I can move and save my files to my computer in the fastest way possible...even before the phone switches off? Thanks[/size][/font]
