If you rooted already can use MTK Droid Tools from the tools section. For flashing there is tutorial in the tutorial section too.

I am not rooted so I will follow that link. What are the advantages of rooting anyway?

I also need to do this on a wintouch 7" tab and on Fifine W9 watch with 4.4 android. Both not rooted
