My latest China Phone is the Nuu Nu1. Nuu is a new brand from Honk Kong and operate also in China. I have the Nu1 only a few days and am very happy with it.
I like the Nuu DLNA funktion called Nuu share and Nuu beam. Thats great to bring music and videos to a DLNA TV or receiver. NFC tags are also supported from the phone. This is a good function to automate your phone and tasks.

Design:
I have the blach version from the Nu1. I like the design because the phone is flat and have nice contours.

Processor:
Snapdragon S3 from Qualcomm with 1.7Ghz, Adreno 220 GPU, 1 GB RAM.
This processor bring a good speed for the daily life. With this processor is the Nu1
one from the fastest Dual-Core phones.

Display:
4.8 inch, 1280x720 and 306 ppi from Casio. It is the same one like the Samsung Galaxy S3. The colours are very good and the picture is very sharp. Good to look videos ore play games on the phone.

Various:
NFC Chip, DLNA (Nuu Share & Nuu Beam), 8 megapixel camera, exchangeable battery and SD card slot.

Build quality:
The built quality from this phone is very good. The phone is not too heavy and the handling makes fun.

Android:
It is still on 4.0.4 but I think the Nu1 get updates in the future. On the Nuu homepage is a download area for software updates. The 4.0.4 works very fast on the Nu1 ant therefore I have no problems with this "older" version.

For use outside of China:
Works without any problems in Europe but have no installed google play store. For setup the play store you have to root the phone. I use the amazon app store on the phone and that's ok for me.

Upshot:
I like this phone. A very good phone that you can buy without worry.

OK this was my first short Review in english.....Big Grin

DLNA test from yesterday:
Looks great Carlos.... How's it compare with the Xiaomi?
The build quality is very good for both phones. But the features are different. The Xiaomi is a very fast quad-core smartphone with the great MIUI. The Nu1 has the bigger display and has with DLNA and NFC more multimedia or home features as the Xiaomi. I use the Xiaomi daily at work and the Nu1 to control my home media like music and videos. The Nuu NFC is also great to automate tasks at home or into the car with NFC tags.
I like both phones because the Nuu and the Xiaomi are great quality phones and makes a lot of fun.
great review!!
