The Xiaomi Mi Note Pro 4GB been out for a year now. There must be a new flagship device due soon?

I don't want to order one and then the next week they bring out their new one!!

Or, has anyone seen a good price for the LG V10? It was never released in the UK (despite LG saying it would be for months). I understand it's been reduced in price heavily in HK, but I can find any dealers passing the price cut on. The Ebay sellers still want over £350 for it.

Redmi Note 3 Pro is a safe bet and only $250 or so for 3GB/32GB.

That will match your requirements and then some.
