Successfully tested on HOMTOM HT3 PRO
ABOVE ALL it is absolutely necessary the TWRP 3.0.0.0 or higher
STEPS
1) Open your stock firmware and copy boot.img & system.img

2) Paste them into your microSD (I have created a folder "HOMTOM_TEST" )
3) Reboot your device in TWRP recovery mode
4) I strongly recommend to make a full backup into microSD
5) Tap on Wipe

6) Choose Advanced Wipe and Select Partitions to Wipe

7) Swipe to Wipe
8) Return to main screen of twrp and tap on Install
9) Select File from Micro SDCard and tap on Install Image

10) BEFORE tap on system.img

11) Select Target Partition and Swipe to confirm Flash

12) DO NOT REBOOT the device
13) Select File from Micro SDCard and tap on boot.img
14) Select Target Partition and Swipe to confirm Flash
