I also still have problems with notifications whatssap [PERSEVERING FACE]

its not just whatapps or fbmessenger its all my apps who wont show up in notification

@naro76 test this configuration, I did not work, you have more luck might please

1) Go to Settings ->Startup manager and activate apps that you want to run automatically when the phone starts
2) Go to Settings ->Security -> PureBackground and activate apps that you want to use with notifications.
3) Go to Settings->Battery e make sure "Standby intelligent power saving" is ACTIVE.
4) Go to Settings->Notification Manager and enable notification on the app you want.

@Gameover31 already tested saw this in the first post " pepsi p1s root " didnt change anythings

find something on internet go to play store tape push notifications fixer (PNF) > mobile hearthbeat interval > set between 2 and 5 do the same for wifi > apply
next go to settings > battery > do not use standby intelligent mode that it for now it seems to be working at long term i dont know
