If your phone is not rooted, try to root it with the next apk :

If "kingRoot" will does not works, please try the next root tools (exe).
Do not forget to enable Developer options.
Then, connect your phone to your pc with USB cable :

When you will obtain root privilegies,

It is a super weird thing that the stock recovery does not work into your stock firmware.
Try to make by yourself a twrp porting.
Follow my tutorial and use the recovery.img of stock firmware for base.
When you will have done it, please reply to me in this thread.
