Hi. I have a china s4 clone that comes with gapps preinstalled. The problem is that most apps like maps, earth ecc are installed as system apps. So i rooted the phone, uninstalled them with titanium backup and then tried to reinstall through play store. Result: not compatible with other applications that which use the same shared user ID (sorry, translation from italian, hope you understood).

Now, i finally discovered that the problem is that "Google Play Services" isn't installed, so i tried to install through play store, but the same error occurred. I tried to install through apk file, and it didn't worked. I also tried to put it in system/app, but same result. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
try this

unroot yr phone, then reroot yr phone, then try to install the Gapps again.

most likely it is caused by the security center installed in yr phone.
Download and flash gapps with 'flash gordon'. It should install Play and the proper services as well as the standard apks. Do a search here for 'gapps' and 'flash gordon' for the proper links.

Okay. Change of plans. Don't do this. I was trying out new firmware and decided to give this a go. Glad I did, because it soft-bricked me. Not sure if it's because of the files the gapps pack was replacing or an issue with Flash Gordon.

Delete your Google account. Reboot the phone and login again. This should reset all Google Play services. But I'm not sure that's truly the issue. If that doesn't work and if Steven's suggestion doesn't work, and you don't have CWM, try a factory reset.
Thanks for the answers. At the end, i fashed the CWM created through mtkdroidtools then i flashed cyanogenmod 10.1 gapps and i solved the problem. Now i have google play services and can easily install google apps and access them with my google account. Thread can be closed!
can you write in steps how to do so please? i got a BE(be elite) chinese mobile and i got the mtkandroid tools but don't want to brick the phone or have the wifi, signal or camera screwed. thanks in advance
p.s: i got all gapps working except the error that keeps popping up of no google play services which gives the error of incompatible shared id when trying to install.

first , remove your google account

go to setting
scroll down to accounts
then hit google
then hit yr google name
then hit the soft key"menu"
then hit "remove account"

after that try to run the play store again
