I'm looking and need a non-camera Android really badly. Below is my requirement specifications for a non-camera Android:

1. Non-Camera - Yes
   GPS - Required
   Screen Size - 5.0 Inch and nothing more. (Sorry to be so anal about it but I have my own reasons for this size)
   Dual-SIM - Required
   SD Card Slot - Required (interchangeable with Dual-SIM card slot)
   Capacitive Home and Function Buttons - Required
   RAM Required - 2GB
   Storage Required - 16GB
   Android Version - At least 5.1
   

Based no the above specs, is there any phone that can meet those? If yes, please recommend me the brand and mode.

Also if any manufacturer is willing to produce the a phone based on the above specs, please let me know and we can discuss on a price. I need 2 pieces of it.

I've never seen a non-camera Android. There's no way someone will make a custom designed phone for 2 pieces. Maybe 200,000 pieces

What's the purpose of this?

Well because I'm contracted (long term) to a Defence organization that is a restricted environment hence I need a non-camera Android.

They don't allow phones that originally have camera and have it removed so that's why I stated the specifications requirement for the phone.

You may have to settle for an old Android phone. There's not much modern out there that I know of without a camera.

Actually looks okay, the iNo 3 but no idea if still available. This came out around same time as iPhone 5.

Yeah I know those but their screen size is not 5.0 Inch...

It will be difficult to find this. They need to make thousands of units to be worth their while and just not enough demand. Does your company have any suggestions?

They only suggested the iNO ones and Dupad series (sold by kingsouq)

But they don't have exactly 5.0 inches...either they are less or more than 5.0.

You're not going to find them. The iNO are your best bet. Just not enough demand for these, so very few companies make them.
