1) Download the stock firmware R13-20161227 at the next link :

2) Flash the stock firmware with SP Flash Tool (Download Only mode).
3) Download the TWRP 3.0.2-1 at the next link :

4) Flash the twrp with SP Flash Tool (use the scatter file inside rar).
