Do you have disabled signature verification of drivers on Win 10 ?
Do you have enabled OEM unlocking into Developer options ?

I have to warn you that unlocking the bootloader will wipe data factory reset the device.

Just for my curiosity, try to run the twrp without unlock the bootloader.

2) Install the adb drivers and fastboot commands :

[Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]

Unrar the rar.
Run “adb-setup.exe”.
Hit “Y” to all 3 questions.
The Google adb driver installer will then popup.
Go ahead and allow and install.

3) Tap on Settings --> About phone --> Tap Build number seven times.
Developer options --> USB Debugging.
A warning will pop up. Go ahead and allow.

STEPS TO DO ONCE ONLY :

4) Plug your phone to PC via USB cable.
Allow the pop up request on your phone to give your PC USB debugging.
5) Open CMD (command prompt).
6) Type the next command :

adb reboot bootloader (and press enter)

7) Now type the next command :

fastboot oem unlock (and press enter)

8) Press volume up (into your phone) to confirm to unlock the bootloader.
You will see in the CMD prompt the next messages :

"Start unlock flow", and when it will be finished, you will see "OKAY".

9) Reboot in normal mode.

STEPS TO DO EVERY TIME YOU NEED TWRP RECOVERY :

10) Copy the recovery.img (inside my rar).
11) Paste the recovery.img inside C:\adb (the folder called "adb").
12) Disable OEM unlocking (Developer options).
13) Plug your phone to PC via USB cable.
14) Open CMD (command prompt).
15) Type the next command :

adb reboot bootloader (and press enter)

16) Type the next command :

fastboot boot c:\adb\recovery.img (and press enter)

17) Your Apollo will start into twrp recovery mode.
18) Make immediately a full backup (nvram, boot, data, system) into microSD.

Keep in mind that you need your pc every time you will need to enter into twrp recovery.

Try to flash (with SP Flash Tool) the next stock firmware made by me.
Before to flash it, make sure you have made a twrp full backup into microSD !

Possible stock firmware (based on OTA "full_k15ta_a-ota-1484567521.zip") :

2) TWRP work perfect, but in my case - system don't start after reboot (stuck on bootloader screen) ((((
@IgorVF :

It is very strange.
On Vernee official forum two owners confirmed that my twrp works.
Please verify it with your eyes :

Do you have made a full backup into your microSD ?

Yes, a full backup has done - all functional of TWRP working perfect.
Recover my phone by standard Android recovery from last official ROM (201701).

My twrp is based on OTA "full_k15ta_a-ota-1484567521.zip".
Maybe in your Vernee Apollo there was installed the old firmware.

Now I need to understand why you are not able to reboot in normal mode.
On the official Vernee forum the two owners had NO problems.
They have rooted their Vernee Apollo.

Before to reboot your phone in normal mode :
Do you have installed SuperSU.zip and BusyBox.zip by twrp ?

Here is the link :

Please do me two big favors :

1) Make a screenshot of my twrp main menù.
Then, please post here on this thread.

2) Run my twrp and make a backup of Recovery partition ONLY (into microSD)
Then, zip it and send it to me (by Mediafire or Mega).

Good Night, I got a Vernee Apollo Helio X25. I used exactly one (01) day. I did a search on Vernee's website about the software update and downloaded full_k15tb_a-ota-1490679079.zip and clicked to install ... Then the problem started: the smartphone apparently works normal the detail is that the screen is white and does not go away . If anyone can help me thank you very much.
Awaiting.
