Back in 2014 the YotaPhone 2 was launched. It had a 5" Amoled display on the front and a 4.7" e-ink display on the back. It was a truly unique phone; but it was quite expensive; around $6-700.
Today, that same phone can be bought for under $120 and 3 years later it's still a unique phone.
For specs, we have a Snapdragon 801 CPU, 2GB Ram and 32GB of internal storage. This configuration performs quite well even today and it even gets a score of around 41000 on the Antutu Benchmark.
The back screen is what makes this phone unique and unusual. You could use the e-ink display instead of the regular display without using that much battery. The back screen is very customizable and can mirror the front screen.
