ERROR : S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL (0xFC0) SP Flash Tool mtk6572

I have a Chinese smartphone Lazer MID5005, MT6572 AMR cortex A7 :
MOLY.WR8.W1315.MD.WG.MP.V1.P33
any one has a rom or board software (please upload it).

I did the opload with sp flash tool and, rom Archos 40 titanium but the smartphone broke down
