I have a bluboo dual, when trying to change the rom smartphoneflashtools is not recognising my phone, I have tried to install drivers but I am not sure if they are correct/installed correctly, after clicking download in spflash tools, then connecting my phone it makes the connection noise but then starts charging instead of adding the rom, I am on windows 8.1 I have flashed phones in the past successfully but I am having a problem in getting this phone recognised
this is very frustrating and if anyone can help me get this phone upgraded I will send a little bit of money to you as a thankyou
