Hi guys, I have a predicament I hope you can help me with. I have a Galaxy S7 Edge clone with a MT6582, which I would like to ROOT and then finally install TWRP on and a custom rom, I have searched the web, youtube , email groups, forums and I cant seem to find understand how to go about this, Tried several rooting apps that didnt work. My real objective here is to just be able to install custom roms on the phone.
I have installed SP flash tool. can I do this from there without root?if so please tell me what the easiest way to go about it. I also heard I need a custom recovery tool which is where I stumbled upon TWRP but am confused as you may see, I have a background in IT so I am a fast learner, if someone could just explain the steps and basics to me
