Is it Jelly Bean or Gingerbread? Gingerbread can be the most difficult to root. You may need to make custom CWM.

The build says Gingerbread. That's why I asked. If it's truly Jelly Bean, you should be able to root with one of the methods in the Root Forum root sticky thread.
