Hi, after a crash during charging, my phone can't connect to any mobile network.

Sim card is detected but there is an error when registering to mobile network : Error while searching for networks.

I can't change Preferred network type, it stays at 4G/3G but can't connect

I have checked everything : IMEI is OK, reinstall a ROM with QFIL, restore a backup with TWRP, factory reset : no changes.

So if someone has any solution, thanks.

Hmm... I don't like the sound of this. Possibly hardware as you have guessed. You've tried manually searching for networks also?

Can try an app like this also for switching network type, see if can switch to 2g to connect

nothing can repair it !

and I discover that gps can't make a fix, even if satellites are seen.

It seems a network chip is dead in my phone RIP

So now I have a wifi only smartphone.

The good news is I will have another one : MOTO Z Play

This one , I will test the Lineage Os Rom so stay tuned.
