First, let me point that I'm a complete newbie, so plz answers in basic terms.
now, my problem is - I have a mpie m8 phone which acts on it's own, it turns itself off frequently and when it's on some sort of ads pops up (I guess they were put in by the manufacturer). I would like to ask if there is a way to "format" it and install on it new software that will enable it to work properly? let me point that I don't need more than the basic functions - to receive and send calls, use whatsapp and so on.
