There needs to be sufficient subjects/interest in a phone for it to have it's own sub - forum.
You can still ask anything you want to know about it in the general section.

Yes, we have no problem opening a forum for your phone, but there must be at least several threads or someone willing to make it a cool place. You can post your tips, firmware, patches, fixes, reviews in the general or root section. Then when several posts start to build up we can create the forum.
