can you please give some instructions how to load it :
I only know how to restore new ROM using

you can upgrade via CWM, simple:
1. Turn your P7 off (shutdown) then let it be till arround 5 minutes
2. click power button and Volume Up (at the same time) and hold them till enter to recovery mode
3. Select upgrade via SD card
4. choose file which you had downloaded
5. just follow the instruction, after finish restart.
