I have a problem with my oukitel K6000 Plus received today.
The sim card is not detected. I tried the 2 slot without success.
Have you got a suggestion ?
The same SIM card works fine in the first slot?
Go to Settings > About phone > Status > IMEI and make sure there is nothing that says "unknown" there.
Also settings > SIM cards and see if slot 2 is able to be turned on and off. If you can, go into SIM 2 settings and try switching between 3G and 2G and 4G.

Yes the 2 imei are correct.
Sometime the sim works fine and randomly the sim is not detected and i need to unplug and plug anytime and works again for 1 or 2 minutes.
Sometimes works for some days.
I don't understand what happen.
Is it possible to get logs for that ? i have check for update, i'm ok. Cheking for new rom or other rom, i don't find.
I will try to fix SIM1 in 3G to see if it's better.
I have not seen this issue.
Right, as you've mentioned, I would recommend trying 2G only or 3G only for a few days, see if the problem continues to occur. I know that's not a good solution, but just to test.
