i found handwritten note on google play.
i have also a note 2.
it is the best application i found for the chinese smartphones which have not a capacitive pen.
please share with other guys.

Thanks. I installed it and it works ok, but my handwriting comes out a little "squarish" though. I prefer 'Handraw".
