From ten days ago, my external camera doesn't focus text properly, I cannot scan QR codes or something if it is a quite close. Can this problem be fixed?!

If this is a problem that started after you got the phone and you didn't make any changes prior to the problem starting, it likely means a hardware problem with the camera.
You can try to give the camera a couple taps, and/or open it up and make sure the thin wires that connect the coil around the lens are still connected.
You can also attempt a factory reset, but this is unlikely to help.
