I have a Coolpad Arise 3300a that's stuck in/on the splash screen. Have tried "wipe cache", "factory reset" and hard/soft resets..multiple times. Does anyone know enough about these phones to offer the solution to fix this?

Did you flash it with some ROM before this problem began? That normally is a sign of the wrong ROM or System has been wiped.
