Newbie here......

Can someone help me with this phone of mine.
phone hangs after a few seconds.
It can only be fixed by pressing the WAKE button at the top and unlocking the phone again.

its kinda annoying.

So i think re-formatting this will work..it has something to do with the OS.

Any input is highly appreciated.

I'm sorry but what is the exact model phone you're talking about, a link to the website you bought it from would be helpful.
