thx
anyone??

please helllppppppp...........
Hi, Gudang! There are many phones that experience a variety of volume issues and besides correcting the issue within the operating system, meaning changes to kernel or modding somewhere deep in system level, you're left with a band-aid type work around. From what I've read, many times Engineering Mode/Mobile Uncle changes may temporarily increase volume then problem occurs later after something in the system resets or OS conflict occurs again.
If you don't mind, would you please post the specific make/model and the "settings/about phone" info for OS, kernel, build versions?
Just to cover all basis... You tested the speakers from sources other than ringtone to ensure hardware is OK?
Did this problem exist when you first received phone?
Have you performed a factory reset from stock recovery since problem was first noticed?
(backup personal data before doing factory reset)
Here's a weird OS glitch fix you can test: Settings / Accessibility (may be Power) / disable Quick Boot (or Fast Boot)... then restart phone.
You can search for volume boost apps and/or try using loud ringtones.
If none of that helps, then you're left with stock firmware updates (if available) or Custom Rom flashing.
Hope you find the solution! Please post an update either way... maybe something new will come to light or your solution will help another person.
thx for the reply pufferaway

additional info

i don't know whether it's spark or legend

1. flip the cover, it'll show the clock
legend: yes
spark: no

mine can do this thing

2. incoming calls cannot be answered by waving the hand...
legend: yes
spark: no

mine can't do this....... i guess it's air gesture issue or else???

3. in home screen, the air gesture can only do one side.... not both
mine can only one side

4. dial *#4560# won't do anything...
some says only legend can do this

please help me understanding this phone,.. so i can upgrade the exact rom

thanks in advance
From what I have read, it would appear to be the Legend: [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
In the article they include links to both specific phone versions described and, if you look at the descriptions, some specs you read on the phone itself seem to be misrepresented by the OS, which may also carry over to Antutu. They show a score of 28222, so the score of 27353 you listed on your other post may be correct even though some of the hardware info doesn't register correctly. If you have dual sim card slots, then it's a Legend II, one sim and it's the Legend.
If this resolves the confusion, please remember to close the other two related threads you have opened.
Best wishes!
Thx pufferaway,...

I also have submitted a ticket in needrom.com... asking the same question

I hope they can answer my question

If you feel confident that your OS version is 4.2.2, then it's very reasonable to conclude that it's the Legend model. The Spark will have 4.2.9 and that is one of the very few distinguishing differences between them.
Best wishes!
