i really need your help with my phone s4 mtk6589,

screen: 540x960 (normal)
device: gt-i9500
declared pcb: universal 5410
flash memory: 1008mb
free flash: 724mb
OS: 4.2.2

1. i don't know whether it's spark or legend

2. flip the cover, it'll show the clock
legend: yes
spark: no

mine can do this thing

3. incoming calls cannot be answered by waving the hand...
legend: yes
spark: no

mine can't do this....... i guess it's air gesture issue or else???

4. in home screen, the air gesture can only do one side.... not both
mine can only one side while legend can do both side

5. dial *#4560# won't do anything...
some says only legend can do this
mine did nothing,...

please help me understanding this phone,.. so i can upgrade the exact rom

if you try any new firmware, make a good backup. don't try new firmware unless you're having some big problems with your firmware now.

the problem is with the air gesture... i'd like to make it work as it suppose to do
and I really don't know which phone that i have.. legend or spark
if mine is spark,.. then i'll stop the rom searching
but if it's legend... then i need to upgrade the rom to make air gesture works

please help... this phone is spark or legend??
