I just posted the list of upcoming MT6592 phones that are planned. Also my opinion regarding which ones we should be looking at. I'll be taking a hard look at the ZP1000. People who are okay with just 2100 can also look at the Umi X2s and Jiayu. People who like big screens should consider the 5.7" Mlais MX69Pro.

This is actually relatively old. I've released a couple new lists since then. The page will be updated regularly. Hopefully with some better translations of the model numbers.
