I did a search and the closest I could locate was for STAR/TENGDA F5189 on needrom. The specs are very close, but please do your research to ensure compatibility. If you do choose to test it, please proceed with caution!
As far as the "deodex" part, you can deodex any rom package once loaded to your PC. You may also look to tools such as Auto Deodex or Amestris Deodex to Odex Converter to achieve your goal.
