You can try to use MTK Droid Tools, but not sure if it will work or not. There are other methods, but I just put 12 hours in on the site. I need a break. Will try to get it up tomorrow if you haven't solved it by then.

Phones performance is very good. i dont see any problem.
Build quality is ok i guess. average china phone. This phone does not support OTG.
Screen is IPS.
i cant make a review. But if you have questions i can answer
