For stock firmware, you'll likely need to create your own backup. See the backup tutorial -> [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]

Same for CWM. Look in the CWM sub-forum there are a couple of tutorials there.

If you know a lot of people with this phone, we can create a forum for it. Either in Indonesian section or English section.
