Hello there!
A relative of mine just bought ZOPO ZP820 (Android 4.2.2, not sure if it's stock or not). The seller claimed that it has Hebrew as a select-able language for System Language, but surprise surprise, it does not.
I wanted to ask if it's possible to implement Hebrew on the current ROM this phone has, find the exact ROM (or a very similar one) with Hebrew, or install a high-quality, easy to use ROM for a first-time user, which includes Hebrew as a System Language.
