Hello,
my ZOPO ZP990 don't have network signal on both sim.
I've done a "Factory data reset", but nothing.
I tried to install new rom via recovery and through sp flash tool, but nothing.
I also tried to make a "Format whole flash" through sp flash tool, I then reinserted the IMEI codes.
I attach some screenshots:

Hi Dario.
sorry to hear about your 990 problem, there are a few people having a similar problem with Zopo.
I have a similar problem with my 990, the exception that my radio (network) signal isn't completely gone, it fluctuates a lot and completely fails for 20-30 secs out of every minute.
The only thing that helped me was to switch only video calling to one sim (then the other sim runs on 2G) and/or turn off 3G
