Pls can u gys shortlist a few (three would be better) Quadcore FHD phones with OTG support able to ship to india...

I New V3 was my option...any other?

iNew V3 is your best option I think. The best bang for your buck out there. Especially if requiring OTG and 720p on 5" LCD. You can find cheaper, for example W450 for $100, but smaller LCD, no OTG and 540p. Make sure to get the newer iNew V3, as the first batch didn't have OTG.
