Hi guys!
Have probs with the unresponsive touchscreen after USB charging. Attempts to re-set mulitple times failed to correct problem. Phone is less than 1-week old. Can someone offer advice and solutions.

If you've reset and it's still doing it, you need to send it back for warranty repair or replacement.

Is this first batch V3?

Yes. First batches. Have done hard resets but didn't help. Intend to send back for repair. Sigh,,, Any other solution is appreciated
