i bought a phone from hkweil on dhgate anyway he claimed he posted the item but dhl confirmed that they only had instructions but he hadnt arranged to have the phone collected from him , he had dispatch 2 days now hes not answering emails.
dispute and claim are you able to do it?
I filed a dispute but had to dispute return and refund but haven't got item to return

This trick is used alot with Chinese (Re)sellers to buy some time and to show to DhGate that they shipped on agreed time, dont get scared to soon because the reason is most of the time just because they have it not in stock (while might say they have but then they do not tell the truth) just keep sending them msgs every few days to push them so they will get it in stock and send it to you
